My Exercise
I need ot increase the exercise I do and need to start keeping a calander.
If you know a free calander I can post up, please email watchmyjourney@curvyelegance.com. I do some very basic exercises
to get into shape. When I go swimming, I try to do laps, but end up just playing in the water and having a great time. Just being
in the water is a great way to burn calories and I do swim for a half hour and enough to get my heart beating faster. When the weather
gets colder than I go into the gym. I try to jump onto the treadmill (if it's free) and do at least 15 minutes on there. My incline is
3 right now and my speed varies from 2.5-3.0. I do like to go up and down throughout the workout to get the best cardio I can. When the
treadmill is occupied, then I go ot he weight machines. I try to do 2 reps of 15 on each. For arms I lift 10-25 lbs. and for legs 70-85 lbs.
As you can tell my legs are way stronger than my arms, but I do what I can.
I will be switching out and dancing or hula hooping for some extra cardio. I've been slacking, but
will get my butt in gear. Below are the specific machines I use. I am gonna try to get some of the images of what I do for weight training.
